Daniel's Summer Camp was a great inspiration for me. The guided discussions and the self- reflection sessions encouraged me to think about some things differently. The trips together and sports sessions provided a good balance. A successful mix of cognitive and physical stress.

Although I didn't know any of the other participants before, I said goodbye to good friends at the end. Thank you for the inspiration!

Freed from the knowledge of and adherence to exact time we relaxed and quickly bonded together as a group. Challenging my body and mind, I left the Summer Camp with new insights and overall joy.

If you want to escape from everyday life and want to learn something about yourself, you should take part in Daniel's Summer Camp. This includes five days of not knowing what time it is. It creates an incredible feeling of freedom.

With this freedom and alongside the intense discussion rounds and the team games, a profound group cohesion was created.

The Summer Camp exceeded all of my expectations. I arrived with the mere assumption that I am going to "like" it and after these days I left with the conviction that I will participate again.

Daniel made the days flew by, filled with activities that widened my knowledge about mind & body. The dynamic of the group was amazing and everyone contributed their part to make every single one feel welcomed, included and at easy

FAQs
Summer Camp

  • No, you don't. However, training and movement should not be completely unknown to you, a basic fitness level would be recommended. Nevertheless, all the movement related things we do are progressive, which means that everyone can make them easier or more difficult for themselves. It will also be exhausting at times - but this is all part of the experience.

  • It depends, if you go for the camping or housing option. If you want to camp, a tent, a sleeping mat, a sleeping bag and a headlamp are required. A few weeks before the Summer Camp, you will receive a packing list, which helps you with packing your bag.

  • The adventure begins on the first day from 5pm (arrival between 3pm and 5pm) and ends on the last day after breakfast (around 1-2 pm). The program in between is and will remain a surprise...

  • Yes! Everyone is welcome. Doesn’t matter who you are.
Prerequisite is, however, that you are open, tolerant and that you treat your fellow human beings with respect.

  • Yes, sure! Our cook will take care of you and will consider your personal nutritional preferences such as such as allergies, special wishes & intolerances.

  • THIS is the reason why you won’t go back to your everyday life after the Camp. Once, you arrive at the location, I will collect your smartphone, watches and other electronic devices. Before departure, you will get them back (most people don’t even want them back).

I started the Winter Camp week with an open mind and without any specific expectations, but with the intention to take away as much as possible.

In this respect, the Camp fulfilled all expectations.

There was a lot of new and positive input. The planning of the individual days was great and also the entire group made it a very positive experience from which I take a lot of energy and positive experiences.

The "Calm Mornings" and the reduced media time really did me good and helped to start the days calm and stress-free. Highlights for me were definitely the hike up the Pfänder, the ice bath with the group and the last full day.

Thank you for this amazing week! I am really grateful that I was able to participate and get to know you.

The Winter Camp was a week out of the daily grind,
into the cold,
looking inward and outward, together with great people, close to nature, testing your limits,
setting your own goals, reflecting on yourself,
in a beautiful place,
with great food,
creating awareness through breathing,
fellow human beings and the cold.

Daniel’s Winter Camp was a great contrast to my otherwise very busy and fast-paced everyday life. I was able to truly distance myself from it. There was a lot of peace, deceleration, intense experiences in nature, but also a few challenging activities. And all of this in a wonderful community of people with similar intentions.

This Winter Camp week helped me a lot to get my stress under control. It showed me different ways to reduce stress. I was able to think a lot and didn't let myself be distracted by everything (cell phone, TV, etc.) as I usually do in everyday life.

The week also showed me what is possible when you have the right mindset. It was very nice to be surrounded by people who have a goal. The location, the activities and the people made it unforgettable for me.

I am grateful for everything I was able to experience during this week.
