Welcome my of 1:1 Movement Coaching – a journey that begins with you.

Movement is much more than just physical training – it’s a mirror that reflects our thoughts and emotions. It’s an outlet that allows us to connect with our body and soul, to discover who we truly are and what we’re capable of achieving.

In our coaching sessions, we will explore a range of questions that are deeply personal to you. How can we achieve something that is truly yours?

Let’s take the handstand as a perfect example of something that goes beyond the physical realm. It’s not just a handstand – it’s a journey that requires time, persistence, and introspection. It’s a teacher that allows you to learn from yourself, and a milestone that represents something truly unique and personal to you.

Our process will provide a safe space for exploration, growth, and self-discovery. Movement has been my lifeline through some of the toughest moments in my life.

How Our Process Works:

What I offer to you: 6 weeks of tailored programming and coaching, meticulously designed to suit your unique needs - all for €459.

Together, we will kickstart your journey by creating a training program that resonates with you. The training program should serve you in your everyday life and not the other way round. 

But it doesn't stop there. Through bi-weekly video calls (online) or bi-weekly training sessions (offline) we will continuously improve your training and its quality. You can count on me with providing valuable feedback and guiding you towards your goals with unwavering support.

It is recommended to work with me for at least two phases of training (12 weeks in total). We are not interested in superficial results and quick wins. The REAL process and change take time and I’m here to guide you.

You also have the option to book single 1:1 sessions or training phases.
60 minutes in person 1:1 coaching: 120€ (VAT incl.)
75 minutes online 1:1 coaching: 120€ (VAT incl.)
Training phase over 6 weeks with anamnesis and reflections sheet: 175,00€ (VAT incl.)

What You Will Get Out Of It:

Whether you're struggling with physical or mental ailments, longing to achieve specific training goals, or simply seeking a greater sense of bodily awareness, movement quality, and freedom, the 1:1 coaching is here to offer remote/offline guidance and support for learners and practitioners all over the world.

With convenience in mind, your training program can easily be accessed through a PDF reader on your laptop and smartphone. Everything will be accompanied by clear explanations and video tutorials, ensuring that you have everything you need to perform each training session with a high quality. Expect personal feedback that goes beyond the surface level.

Please keep in mind that I aspire to create long-lasting processes and relationships with my students, rather than a fleeting 2 weeks experience. If you choose to embark on this journey with me, I do hold myself and my students to high-quality standards. Change takes time and we have to be patient.
