Juggling as a practice for creating awareness

With this article, I want to present different ideas I have been experimenting with in some of my juggling sessions. But before we dig deeper into the rabbit hole, let's create a common understanding of the following two terms: Juggling & Awareness.

Adlerian Psychology

“You may know this, but well water stays at pretty much the same temperature all year round, at about 18 degrees. That is an objective number – it stays the same to everyone who measures it. But when you drink the water in the summer it seems cool and when you drink the same water in the winter it seems warm. Even though it’s the same water, at the same water 18 degrees according to the thermometer, the way it seems depends on whether it’s summer or winter.”

What does that mean in detail?

Love vs. autonomy

I feel like some young people nowadays (myself included) are not fearing relationships, they are fearing to give up their autonomy. The issue or question I want to bring into light is: “Does love means giving up one’s autonomy?” and then as a subsequence, “Is it worth it to give up autonomy for love?”

Thoughts about alcohol in our society

After two years of abstinence from alcohol (since the end of October 2018) and after being through many negative but also positive experiences and addicted family members, I have gathered my courage to write about the extremely polarizing topic of alcohol in our modern society.
